What are functional mushrooms?
Functional mushrooms are mushrooms like Lion's Mane, Chaga, Reishi and Cordyceps that have been used in traditional wellness practices for centuries. Today they're taken as daily supplements to support things like focus, energy, immune health and a healthy response to stress.*
Where do orders ship from?
Every order ships from our fulfillment partner in the U.S. with tracking. Our products are made in GMP-compliant facilities, and full ingredients are listed on each product page.
How should I take them?
Each product page has simple directions. Most of our capsules are 2 capsules a day, and our Fermented Mushroom Blend is one scoop a day mixed into any drink or food. Like most supplements, they're designed to be taken consistently as part of your daily routine.
Can I take more than one product together?
Some people pair products, for example Lion's Mane with Ashwagandha for calm focus. If you're pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition, please check with your healthcare provider before starting any supplement.
Are your products vegan?
All seven of our products are listed as vegan and gluten-free. Full ingredients are on every product page.
Orders & shipping
How long will my order take?
Orders are prepared in 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). USPS delivery then usually takes 2–4 business days, so most orders arrive within 4–9 business days of purchase. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. We can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses or outside the U.S. yet.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $5.95, or free on orders of $50 or more after discounts. Subscribe & Save orders started by December 4, 2026 ship free, renewals included. See our Shipping Policy.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email help@paradisebynature.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo and we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy for full details.
