Shipping policy
Every Paradise By Nature order ships from our fulfillment partner in the USA.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states) and Washington, D.C. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses or outside the US at this time.
Processing time
Orders are prepared and packed within 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays).
Delivery time
Once your order ships, USPS delivery usually takes 2–4 business days. Most orders arrive within 4–9 business days of purchase. Delivery can take longer during holidays and peak seasons.
Shipping rates
- Standard Shipping: $5.95 flat rate
- FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $50 or more (after discounts)
- FREE Standard Shipping on Subscribe & Save: start a subscription from October 5 through December 4, 2026 and every delivery of that subscription ships free, including renewals.
Tracking
You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
Delayed, lost or damaged packages
If your package is significantly delayed, marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, email help@paradisebynature.com and we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy for details.
Check your address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to update it before your order goes to production.
