Cancellation policy
When you choose Subscribe & Save, you authorize Paradise by Nature, LLC to charge your payment method on file automatically at the delivery frequency you selected (every month, every 2 months or every 3 months), at the subscription price shown at checkout, until you cancel.
Skip, change or cancel anytime
- Log in to your account and open Subscriptions to skip a delivery, change your frequency, update your payment or shipping details, or cancel.
- You can also email help@paradisebynature.com at least 2 business days before your next billing date and we'll make the change for you.
- No commitment: there's no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee.
Price changes
If a subscription price changes, we'll email you before your next renewal so you can cancel before being charged.
Refunds
Your first subscription shipment is covered by our 30-Day First-Order Guarantee. Renewal orders already processed are covered for damaged, defective, lost or wrong items. See our Refund Policy for details.
