REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Paradise By Nature, your satisfaction is our priority. Since all our products are custom-fulfilled by our trusted production partner, Supliful, we follow a clear and transparent refund and return policy aligned with their procedures.

 

1. Made-to-Order Policy
All items sold at Paradise By Nature are made-to-order. This means each product is created specifically for you after your purchase. As such, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing or flavor preference

  • Accidental order placement

We encourage customers to carefully review their order before completing the purchase.

 

2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we’re here to help!

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package with the following:

  • Order number

  • Clear photo(s) of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will forward the case to Supliful for investigation. If approved, a replacement or refund will be processed at no additional cost to you.

 

3. Lost or Undelivered Packages
In case of a lost shipment or delivery marked as completed but not received:

  • Please contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date.

  • We will work with Supliful and the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

 

4. Order Cancellations
Since we process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been submitted. If you need to cancel, reach out immediately to help@paradisebynature.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

 

5. Refund Method
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
